At ROAR B2B, diversity and inclusion are central to our values.
We firmly believe that a truly inclusive approach starts from within our own organisation, fostering a culture where every voice is heard and valued.
We are committed to delivering events that champion diverse participation, ensure equitable access, and maximise positive outcomes for everyone. Through clear objectives, open dialogue, and continuous improvement, not only within our events but throughout our entire business operations, we are actively building a more inclusive future for the events industry, together.
We’re on a mission to create events that make a positive impact on all people, fostering inclusion and equity across the industry.
As the organisers of Naidex, the UK’s largest event for disability, accessibility, and independent living, we have a long-standing commitment to accessibility and inclusion, which are integral to our core values. Building on this foundation, we are now developing and implementing a comprehensive accessibility framework to be rolled out across our entire portfolio of events.
We are actively working towards:
-
Enhancing physical accessibility: Ensuring our venues, layouts, and facilities are welcoming and navigable for all attendees.
- Optimising digital inclusivity: Making our websites, apps, and online content accessible.
- Promoting diverse representation: Actively seeking out and showcasing a wide range of voices, perspectives, and experiences in our speakers and exhibitors.
- Fostering an inclusive culture: Training our teams and partners to champion diversity and ensure a welcoming environment for everyone at our events.

- Free Blue Badge Parking and Shuttles
- BSL Interpreters at our seminars
- Allocated space for wheelchair users in theatres and dining areas
- Live captioning
- Additional accessible toilets and HDU units
- Quiet space, outside of event hall
Naidex is a hub of innovation, a platform for driving accessibility forward, and a catalyst for positive change. We continue to adapt and add to these each year.
