Your Gateway to the Events Industry

The best way to learn about the events and media sector is from the inside.

The ROAR Academy is our graduate programme designed to give ambitious graduates real experience across every part of our business - from event planning and marketing to sales, sponsorship, and content creation.

Twice a year, we welcome new graduates into a structured programme that combines hands-on work with dedicated training and mentoring.

If you're interested, read on and apply below!

What You'll Do

As part of the ROAR Academy, you'll rotate through our departments, work on live projects that impact real events, and learn from experienced professionals who've built successful careers in the industry.

This isn't about observing from the sidelines. From day one, you'll be contributing to conferences that bring together thousands of professionals, media platforms that inform entire sectors, and award programmes that recognise industry excellence. You'll understand how events get sold, how audiences are built, and how the commercial and creative sides of the business work together.

Our team will share their expertise, provide regular feedback, and help you identify where your strengths and interests align with potential career paths. Whether you're drawn to operations, marketing, sales, or content, we'll give you the foundation to excel.

By the end of ROAR Academy, you'll have the practical skills, industry knowledge, and professional network to launch your career in events and media.

Applications open twice a year. Could ROAR Academy be your next step?
