The Role:

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will drive growth for our division of events and media platforms. As a Marketing Executive, you'll play a crucial role in executing marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, and supporting various marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution:

  • Help plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
  • Work with different teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and timely delivery.

Content Creation and Copywriting:

  • Craft compelling written content for marketing materials, like website copy, social media posts, emails, and press releases.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels.

Digital Marketing:

  • Contribute to managing and optimising digital marketing efforts, including social media, emails, and online ads.
  • Assist in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness.

Event Support:

  • Coordinate logistics and promotional tasks for events such as trade shows and conferences.
  • Help create event materials like banners, brochures, and promotional items.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Gather market insights, competitive intelligence, and industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
  • Assist in analysing customer data and feedback for improvement opportunities.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain clear communication channels for task coordination and updates.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in budget tracking, invoice processing, and marketing-related administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and expenses.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field desirable.

  •  1+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on campaign execution, content creation, and digital marketing desirable.

  • Strong writing and copywriting skills, with the ability to create clear and persuasive messaging.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, social media tools, email marketing, and analytics.

  • Basic knowledge of design principles and tools (e.g. Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) preferred.

  • Excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail, able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

  • Analytical mindset to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.

  • Creativity and a passion for staying updated with marketing trends.

Location: London Bridge (Hydrid)

Salary: £28k to £30k (dependent on experience) + 10% Commission OTE

Type: Permanent, Full-time
